How do I clean gold plated jewellery?
To keep your jewellery looking radiant and to remove the build-up of dirt and premature tarnishing we recommend polishing your jewellery with a microfibre cloth. No chemicals should be used on gold plated jewellery.

How do I clean sterling silver jewellery?
If you have silver jewellery you can use warm, soapy water -but be sure to let it dry after cleaning. Do not use tissue paper or paper towels to clean metal as they can cause scratching.

How do I prevent my jewellery from tarnishing?
Our jewellery is designed to be worn everyday but to keep it looking its best, make sure to remove it when you shower, bathe or engage in heavy exercise, particularly when swimming in the sea or a chlorinated swimming pool. Avoid spraying perfume, applying creams or any other liquids directly onto your jewellery and do not wear when using bleach, cleaning products and other chemicals.

How do I store my jewellery?
Keep your jewellery away from extreme temperatures, humidity or sunlight. To ensure your jewellery looks its best store it in a clean and dry place, such as your original Azora packaging or a jewellery box. We advise storing your pieces separately, so they don’t become tangled and to also prevent tarnishing.

How do I care for my gemstones?
Care for your gemstones, diamonds and pearls in exactly the same way as your other pieces. Ensure you store them properly, avoid chemical sprays, perfumes, fully submerging them in water and exposing them to bright light for a long period of time.
