Returns & Exchanges
At Azora, we strive to ensure you're happy with your purchase. If you find you need a different size, material, or even a different piece, we're here to help.
Please follow the steps below for a smooth exchange process:
Initiate an Exchange: Email us at customercare@azorajewellery.co.uk with your full name, order number, and details of your exchange request. We'll confirm whether the exchange is possible and guide you through the next steps.
We want you to love your Azora jewellery, but if for any reason you are unsatisfied, simply return the item to us in its original condition within 30 days of receipt. We cannot accept returns of earrings, (unless faulty), due to hygiene reasons.
When trying on jewellery, please do not wear perfume/aftershave or cosmetics which may leave a scent or marks on the item. The item must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation.
When we have received the returned items we will exchange, or refund the credit/debit card, (or Paypal account) used for the purchase, minus the delivery charges.
We cannot process refunds for items that were not purchased via our website. Please contact the store where purchased for help with this.
If the item you received is faulty, or not what you think you ordered, please contact us immediately so we can help.
Please email customercare@azorajewellery.co.uk to get the quickest response and we will advise on how to proceed with the return.
We want to make returning your items to us as easy and simple as possible. Returns for UK customers are FREE. Please email customercare@azorajewellery.co.uk to request a return.
We will refund or exchange your item as requested upon receipt of your item(s)
Unfortunately, we cannot offer free returns for our International Customers but don’t worry we can still help. Please email customercare@azorajewellery.co.uk to inform us of the problem and our Customer Service team will give advice on how to proceed should you need to return an item to us.
