Please note, for 'signed for' deliveries, someone must be present at your chosen shipping address to receive the parcel. If you are not present when your parcel is delivered, the courier will leave a calling card, and you will be able to reschedule your delivery for a more convenient time.
International Postal Terms: Azora cannot be held responsible for lost, damaged, missing or delayed post overseas. Although 99% of overseas packages arrive on time, once our domestic courier handovers the parcel to the courier in recipients' countries, we no longer have control, or responsibility, over that parcel's delivery. Customers are responsible for any additional fees or taxes when sending overseas.
UK addresses: Azora cannot be held responsible for deliveries whereby a PO Box, or forwarding address, is supplied by a customer with their order. Azora cannot be held responsible for incorrect addresses input by customers.

If your order is time sensitive, please ensure you choose the fastest delivery option available at checkout. If your order is even more urgent, please contact our Customer Service team at customercare@azorajewellery.co.uk, quoting your name, order number and time sensitive deadline. We will always do our best to help.
You can receive an email by your chosen shipping option courier. You will be able to track your order by entering your tracking number into the courier's tracking portal. Typically, you will receive your parcel's unique tracking number once your order has been dispatched by one of our team. Tracking is available from the time your order is dispatched, to the point it is marked as delivered.
