ORDERS & PAYMENT
Once you’ve completed your purchase, we will send you an Order Confirmation email. Please check your junk mail or spam folders if you can’t find it. Otherwise, email customer service at customercare@azorajewllery.co.uk and we will be able to resend your confirmation email to you for your reference.
Once the order has been placed, we are unable to make any amendments or cancellations to the order.
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX), Paypal, ApplePay, Google Pay, Klarna and Clearpay. Payment will be taken from your credit card or debit card as soon as the order has been placed.
We don’t offer gift wrapping or gift bags at the the moment however we’re working hard behind the scenes to be able to provide this in the near future.

RETURNS & WARRANTY
We hope you love your jewellery as much as we do but if it isn’t quite right, you can send it back to us for either a refund or an exchange. Visit our Returns page to find out how.
Returns normally take 10 -14 days from the date it is received back. You’ll receive a confirmation email once we have processed your return. Please note during peak times (November - January) returns may take up to 30 days to process.
We do not provide repairs, re-plating or ring-sizing services.If you have an item in need of repair, please get in touch and we’d be happy to provide further assistance.
There is a five year warranty on all jewellery purchased from www.azorajewellery.co.uk. This covers manufacturing defects, and we will replace the pieces at no cost. Please see our warranty page for more information.
