Warranty
Azora Jewellery Limited warrants that the product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 5 years from the date of purchase. If the product proves defective during this warranty period, Azora Jewellery Limited., at its option, will either repair the defective product without charge for parts and labour, or will provide a replacement in exchange for the defective product. If the original item is no longer available, then Azora Jewellery Limited commits to offering an alternative replacement which matches the same cost of the original item.
In order to obtain service under this warranty, the Customer must notify Azora Jewellery Limited of the defect before the expiration of the warranty period. The customer shall be responsible for packaging and shipping the defective product to Azora Jewellery Limited. Shipping charges prepaid are at Azora Jewellery Limited’s discretion. Azora Jewellery Limited shall pay for the return of the product to the Customer, at its discretion. The customer shall be responsible for paying all duties, taxes, and any other charges required in order to ship the product.
This warranty shall not apply to any defect, failure or damage caused by improper use or improper or inadequate maintenance and care. Care instructions can be found on Azora Jewellery Limited’s website.
This warranty is given by Azora Jewellery Limited with respect to the product in lieu of any other warranties, express or implied. Azora Jewellery Limited and its vendors disclaim any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Azora Jewellery Limited’s responsibility to repair or replace defective products is the sole and exclusive remedy provided to the customer for breach of this warranty.
